This dental clinic, designed with precision, exhibits a modern, straightforward style that appeals to guests and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Entering through the custom fluted glass door, visitors are led to the back-of-house (BOH) area, with access to the sterilisation room and staff area.

A separate pathway guides patients towards the restroom and clinician rooms, strategically positioned along the central axis of the premises. ENP Fitouts focuses on efficient layout design for enhanced dental clinic operations and patient comfort.

As a brand-new construction, the project required sewerage and hydraulic plans to address waste management and the plumbing needs of the dental chairs. Drawing from their recent experience with the neighboring Richlands General Practice, ENP Fitouts expertly devised an effective plan to tackle these challenges.
Maintaining prompt communication with HomeCo's tenancy coordinator and the client was crucial to the project's smooth execution and prevention of any oversights.
Having built multiple dental clinics in the past, ENP Fitouts was able to apply their specialized expertise to the construction and design of Richlands Dental, ensuring a high-quality and functional finished product.
