IPPIN Japanese Dining, located in the vibrant West End's West Village precinct, opened in April 2023. This contemporary Japanese restaurant offers an exquisite menu featuring charcoal-grilled Wagyu, toothfish, and yakitori, designed for both casual and romantic dining. Curated by Master of Wine, Peter Scoterme Smith, the restaurant's beverage menu boasts rare selections that enhance its refined dining experience.

About the project

ENP Fitouts brought IPPIN's vision to life by designing and constructing two VIP dining areas, along with two massive custom-built counter bars. The fitout incorporated extensive custom joinery and Wabi-Sabi-inspired designs, crafted in collaboration with Vie Studio. The use of Concreet finishes and handcrafted shoji doors enhanced the cultural authenticity, blending traditional Japanese elements with modern elegance for a truly unique dining experience.
